INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not have control over customs and therefore cannot be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available to us.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES
(Excluding weekends and public holidays)
a) USA: 3 to 8 business days (tracking available)
b) Rest of the world: 3 to 12 business days (tracking availability may vary)
DELAYED DELIVERY
In rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur during transit. We appreciate your understanding and patience should this happen.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days, we will send a replacement package.
Delays may be more likely during busy holiday seasons, especially from November through December, during promotional periods, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.
PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
Processing time usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders generally take 4 to 6 business days to be fully processed, including order verification, quality check, packing, and transfer to the shipping carrier.
Once your order has been processed, our shipping partner will collect your package for dispatch. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once it becomes available.
In rare cases, processing time may take longer than expected during busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or other high-volume times. We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order and before it has been processed, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.
If you contact us and we confirm that your order has already been processed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
