Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing includes order verification, quality check, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing may take longer than usual.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times begin after order processing is completed.

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • International: 3–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Delays

In rare cases, shipping may take longer than expected due to carrier issues, customs processing, or seasonal volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding if unexpected delays occur.

If there is no tracking movement or no delivery update for an extended period, please contact us and we will review the shipment status with you.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Arvou is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.
