We do not have control over customs and therefore cannot be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it becomes available to us.

Approximate Shipping Times

(Excluding weekends and public holidays)

a) USA: 3 to 8 business days (tracking available)
b) Rest of the world: 3 to 12 business days (tracking availability may vary)

Delayed Delivery

In very rare cases, packages may take longer than the stated estimated time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur in transit, and we appreciate your understanding and patience if this happens.

If there are no tracking updates for more than 30 to 60 business days, we will send a replacement package.

This may be especially likely during busy holiday seasons at the end of the year (November to December), during promotions, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Please note that processing time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Orders generally take 4 to 6 business days to be fully processed, including checking, packing, forwarding to logistics, and sending to the post office.

After your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available.

In very rare instances, processing time may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or other high-volume times, processing may take longer. We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during such events.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before it is processed, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.

If you contact us and we confirm that your order has already been processed, the order can no longer be cancelled.
