Will My Order Arrive Before Christmas? Shipping, Tracking and Returns Explained

Holiday decor is only useful if it arrives in time. Here are straight answers to the questions we hear most.

Where do your products ship from?

ARVOU is a small online shop operated from the Republic of Korea. We don't keep a U.S. warehouse. Orders ship directly to you from our partner suppliers' warehouses, most of which are in China. That keeps prices low, but delivery takes longer than a domestic order.

How long does delivery take?

• Processing: usually 1–5 business days.
• U.S. delivery: an estimated 5–11 business days after processing.
• Total: plan for roughly 6–16 business days, about two to three and a half weeks on the calendar.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holiday volume, weather and customs checks can cause delays.

When should I order for Christmas?

As early as you can. Decor you want up all season is best ordered in November. If you need something by a specific date, email us before ordering at nahyeon.store@gmail.com and we'll give you an honest answer.

How much is shipping? Are there customs fees?

U.S. standard shipping starts at $3, and the final charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Depending on your country, customs duties or import fees may apply; see our Shipping Policy.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. We email tracking when it's available. International tracking can take a few days to start updating; that's normal. Check anytime on our Track My Order page.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a solution. You don't pay return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Can I return something I don't want?

Yes. Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Email us first; we'll send the return address after approving your request. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
