Where Your Order Ships From: Overseas and U.S. Shipping Explained

When you shop online, "Where is this actually coming from?" is a fair question. Here's exactly how shipping works at ARVOU — no fine print.

Most items ship from our overseas partners

Like most holiday decor sold in the U.S., our products are made overseas. Most orders ship directly from our partner warehouses there. That's how we keep prices fair on seasonal items you may only use once a year.

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• U.S. delivery: usually 7–15 business days after processing
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships

Items that ship from U.S. warehouses

We're adding products that are stocked in warehouses in the United States, which usually arrive faster. Whenever an item ships from a U.S. warehouse, its product page will clearly say so, along with its own delivery estimate. If a product page doesn't say "ships from the U.S.," please plan for overseas shipping times.

Holiday shipping deadlines

• Christmas delivery: please order by December 5.
• Advent calendars: order by mid-November so they arrive before December 1.
• New Year's Eve party decor: order by mid-December.

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers get very busy in December, so the earlier you order, the safer.

Shipping costs

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for $4.99. International shipping is $15.99.

If something goes wrong

If a package is late, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at nahyeon.store@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if something is damaged). We'll help track it down, or send a replacement or refund. Details are in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
