The ARVOU TeamARVOU is a small, independent holiday shop. We know you have plenty of places to buy Christmas decor, so we want to be clear about what you can count on when you shop with us.
1. We tell you where products come from
Our products are made overseas, like most holiday decor sold in America. We say so on every product page instead of hiding it. When an item ships from a U.S. warehouse, we say that too.
2. Real measurements, not just pretty photos
Every product page lists the actual size, material and what's in the box. If we don't know a detail for sure, we don't make it up. If something is unclear, email us before you order and we'll find out.
3. Honest delivery dates
We show realistic delivery times β not the fastest possible case. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by December 5, and we say so clearly on our site.
4. Secure checkout
Checkout is processed by Shopify, one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms in the U.S. We never see or store your full card details. All available payment methods are shown before you pay.
5. Real help from a real person
Questions, a late package or a damaged item? Email nahyeon.store@gmail.com. We reply within 1β2 business days, Monday to Friday. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us your order number and a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
6. Reviews you can trust
We're a new shop, so we're just starting to collect reviews. We will never post fake reviews. Every review you see on our site will come from a real buyer, and imported reviews from other marketplaces will be clearly labeled.
