How We Choose Our Holiday Products (and Why You'll See New Designs Here First)

We believe you should know exactly what you're buying and where it comes from. So here's an honest look at how we choose the products in our shop.

Most holiday decor is made overseas — including ours

Look at the label on almost any string of lights, ornament set or pair of Christmas pajamas in a U.S. store, and you'll usually see the same thing: made in China. The large majority of holiday decorations sold in America are manufactured overseas, whether you buy them at a big-box store, on a major marketplace or from a small shop like ours.

We don't hide that. Our products come from overseas partner suppliers, and we tell you so on every product page.

We focus on new designs for this season

New holiday designs come out every year, but they can be hard to find. On big marketplaces, search results tend to favor products that already have thousands of reviews, so a brand-new design can stay buried even when it's exactly what you're looking for.

Our job is to find fresh, seasonal designs early and put them in one easy place — matching family pajamas, tree decorations, table and party decor, and lights that make the season feel special.

What we look for before we add a product

• Buyer ratings. Where ratings are available, we check what buyers say on the marketplaces where a product is already sold, and we give priority to products rated 4.5 stars or higher.
• Clear details. Real measurements, materials and what's in the box — so there are no surprises when it arrives.
• U.S. compatibility. Plug-in items must come with a U.S. plug; we skip items that only come with other plug types.
• A fair price. We compare against similar items and pass on products that would cost too much once shipping is included.
• Honest delivery times. If something can't realistically arrive before the holidays, we either say so clearly or don't list it.

How shipping works

Most of our items ship from partner warehouses overseas. Processing takes 1–3 business days and U.S. delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. A few items take longer, and the delivery time is shown on each product page.

Some items may also ship from warehouses in the United States, which is usually faster. When an item ships from a U.S. warehouse, the product page will say so.

For delivery before Christmas, please order by December 5.
